最近,楼继伟部长提出退休人员缴医保费的看法,引起社会广泛关注。本文从正面回应这一观点:医疗保险是社会保险项目中最难解决的问题,医疗保险资金短缺是世界性难题,我国医疗保险短期内还不需要让退休人员缴纳医保费,从中长期看退休人员缴纳医保费是可行的。

I hold the positive attitude to this opinion： Health insurance is the most difficult problem in the field of social insurance program. The shortage of medical insurance fund is a worldwide problem. In the short term, retirees do not need to pay medical insurance fee. In long term, it is feasible that retirees pay medical insurance fee.
