三维立体石墨烯的制备及其对罗丹明B的吸附性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯;以氧化石墨烯为前驱体,通过水热还原制得了三维立体石墨烯。XRD、SEM、FT-IR和UV-Vis表征结果表明,所制备的三维立体石墨烯具有三维立体多孔结构。以罗丹明B为目标污染物对所得三维立体石墨烯的吸附性能进行了测试,考察了接触时间、吸附剂投加量、pH对罗丹明B去除率的影响;实验结果表明,在三维立体石墨烯投加量为50mg、罗丹明B质量浓度为10 mg/L、pH为4的吸附条件下,罗丹明B的最大吸附量和去除率分别达到了16.55mg/g与82.75%,吸附反应在300min时达到吸附平衡。对比石墨和三维立体石墨烯对罗丹明B的吸附性能,二者吸附去除率分别为16.17%和82.75%,三维立体石墨烯具有较好的吸附效果,更适合作为水溶液中污染物的吸附剂。 Three-dimensional graphene was prepared by hydrothermal reduction method using graphene oxide that prepared by a modified Hummers' method as precursor. The structure and properties of three-dimensional graphene were characterized by X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, fourier infrared spectrometer and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy. The adsorptive property was evaluated using rhodamine B as the model substance, and the effect of contact time, mass of adsorbent, pH were tested. Results showed that maximum adsorption quantity and removal rate of rhodamine B could reach to 16.55 mg/g and 82.75% when the adsorbent dosage was 50 mg, rhodamine B concentration was 10 mg/L and pH was 4, and adsorption reaction reached to equilibrium at 300 min. The removal rate of graphite and three-dimensional graphene were 16.17% and 82.75% respectively, indicated that three-dimensional graphene had better adsorption efficiency and was more suitable for adsorption of pollutants in aqueous solution.
