摘要
采用环氧氯丙烷改性海藻酸钠,并用湿法纺丝法制备改性海藻酸钠纤维。将制备的改性海藻酸钠纤维经过100℃烘干使之发生交联反应,烘干后的改性海藻酸钠纤维通过浸泡NaCl溶液脱去部分与改性海藻酸钠纤维交联的钙离子。采用改性后的海藻酸钠纤维对镉离子进行吸附动力学、吸附热力学分析。结果表明,烘干之后浸泡NaCl溶液的改性海藻酸钠纤维吸附量最大为253.83mg/g,比纯海藻酸钠纤维吸附量高23.3%,比未烘干和浸泡NaCl溶液的改性海藻酸钠纤维吸附量高18.6%。改性后的海藻酸钠纤维对镉离子吸附符合假二级吸附动力学和Langmuir吸附热力学模型。
The alginate was modified with epichlorohydrin, and the modified sodium alginate fibers were prepared using wet spinning method. The modified sodium alginate fibers were dried at 100℃ for crosslinking reaction, and then soaked in 0.4% NaCl solution for removing Ca2+ ions. The modified sodium alginate fibers were prepared for the test of adsorption kinetic and thermodynamic. The results showed that the maximum adsorption of the modified sodium alginate fibers after drying and sorking in NaCl solution was 253.83 mg/g, and the adsorption rate increased by 23.3% and 18.6% compared with sodium alginate fibers and the modified sodium alginate fibers without treatment, respectively. The adsorption of cadmium ions on modified sodium alginate fibers was consistent with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir model.
