中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病80例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Combined Therapy of TCM and Western Medicine in 80 Cases with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取80例神经根型颈椎病患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组患者采取西医治疗,观察组患者在采取西医治疗的基础上,结合葛根汤中医辨证治疗,综合评价患者的疗效,并对比分析。结果:治疗前后,观察组患者的收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张期末峰流速(Vd)、血流高速峰值(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)改善程度显著大于对照组;观察组临床总显效率为85.00%,显著大于对照组的52.50%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病安全、有效。

objective To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy of TCM and western medicine in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into two groups, 40 cases each group. The control group adopted western medicine; the observation group adopted the Kudzu Vine Decoction of TCM and western medicine. The clinical effect for two groups was analyzed. Result The index of Vs, Vd, Vm, PI and RI for observation group was better than that of control group; the total effective rate of observation group（85.005 %） was higher than that of control group（52.50 %）（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy of TCM and western medicine is safe and effective for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
