三种用药方案治疗慢性宫颈炎的药物经济学研究

The Study of 3 Kinds of Drugs in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的:分析和研究三种用药方案治疗慢性宫颈炎的药物经济学效果。方法:选取2012年10月—2014年8月慢性宫颈炎患者210例,将其按投币法随机分为3组:1组、2组、3组,每组70例。1组患者采用花红片治疗,2组患者采用千金片治疗,3组患者采用妇炎康片治疗,将3组患者治疗4周后的效果及经济成本与效果进行分析。结果:3组患者治疗总有效率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者用药成本-效果相比较:2组低于1组、3组。3种用药方案敏感度分析:若3种药物费用均下降10%,2组用药成本-效果比仍低于1组、3组。结论:花红片、千金片、妇炎康片均是治疗慢性宫颈炎有效药物,从经济成本-效果分析看,千金片为治疗慢性宫颈炎最佳治疗方案。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of 3 kinds of drugs in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 210 cases of chronic cervicitis patients were selected from October 2012 ～ August 2014, according to coin method,the patients were randomly divided into three groups： group 1, group 2, group 3, each group had 70 patients. Group 1 patients were treated with bonus tablets t, group 2 patients were treated with Qianjin tablets, group 3 patients were treated with Fuyankang tablets, the three groups of patients treated for 4 weeks, the effect and economic cost and effect were analyzed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of three groups were compared： three groups had no significant difference（P 〉0.05）. The medication cost effectiveness of three groups were compared： group 2 were lower than group1, group 3. Three kinds of medication sensitivity were analyzed： if the three kinds of drug costs decreased 10%, the cost-effectiveness ratio of group 2 was still lower than the group 1, group 3. Conclusion Bonuses, Qianjin tablets, Fuyankang tablets are effective drug in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, from an economic cost- effectiveness analysis, Qianjin tablets for the treatment of chronic palace neck is phlogistic optimal treatment, worthy of clinical reference.
