代谢组学在冠心病中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 冠心病具有起病急、死亡率高的特点。冠心病的主要病理基础是不稳定粥样硬化斑块,临床亟需能够寻求早期、无创、简便及准确检测冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的标志物。代谢组学是对生物体系(细胞、组织或生物体)中所有小分子质量代谢物进行定性定量分析的新兴的重要组学技术;近年来在心血管疾病中的应用研究受到很大关注,通过全面定量定性分析心血管疾病患者及模型样本中多种小分子物质,来研究生物体受内、外环境干扰后其内源性代谢物质的变化及其规律,寻找到与疾病相关的代谢标志物群,为疾病的早期诊断、早期干预提供新思路、新途径。作者分别就代谢组学在描述冠状动脉疾病发展状态、数据处理方法、代谢标志物群、探索疾病发病原因和发病机理等几个方面的应用及进展进行回顾和综述,并对其发展前景进行展望。
