2014年全国县区级妇幼保健机构业务用房面积现况分析

Current situation of business space in county leveled MCH institutions

目的了解2014年全国县区级妇幼保健机构业务用房面积现况及分布情况,为妇幼保健机构规范化建设及相关政策制定提供参考依据。方法通过全国妇幼保健机构监测直报系统,收集2014年县区级妇幼保健机构业务用房情况。结果全国有购建业务用房的2 463所县区级妇幼保健机构中,平均人均业务用房面积为42.2 m2。按照《妇幼保健院、所建设标准(试行)》中的业务用房人均面积标准,未达到标准的共计1 163所(47.2%),开展住院服务的机构,平均人均面积及达标比例低于未开展住院服务的机构。独立机构平均人均面积低于非独立机构,中部地区平均人均面积及达标比例低于东部及西部地区,全国30个省份均存在不同程度的人均面积不达标情况。结论根据目前县区级妇幼保健机构业务用房建设落后状况,国家和各级政府应增加投入,促进机构可持续发展。

Objective To study the current situation and distribution of business space in county leveled MCH institutions, so as to provide reference for specific policies and suggestions for development of MCH institutions. Methods Data of business space in county leveled MCH institutions in 2014 was collected by National Maternal and Child Care Center Management System. Results Average business space per capita of 2 463 MCH institutions with their own business space was 42. 2m2. A total of 1 163 （47.2%） institutions did not meet Construction Standards of the Maternal and Child Health Center （Trial）. The average business space per capita of the MCH institutions with hospitalization service was less than that of institutions without hospitalization service, and the independent institutions had less space than non-independent ones. In middle regions the average business space per capita and proportion of meeting standard were less than eastern and western regions. Business space per capita of MCH institutions in 30 provinces failed to meet standard. Conclusion The business space construction of county leveled MCH institutions is far behind, so governments should increase investment to promote sustainable development of the institutions.
