摘要
目的:优选强力五虎合剂水提取工艺。方法:以苦杏仁苷和盐酸麻黄碱含量及总浸膏得率为主要考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法考察加水量、提取次数、提取时间对水提取工艺的影响,选择最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍水量,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,有效成分提取率最高,重现性好,可为强力五虎合剂规范化生产提供参考。
Objective: To optimize water extraction of Qiangli Wuhu mixtures. Method: With ephedrine and amygdalin extract rate as the main index, the L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design was used to screen the optimal water extraction. Results: The optimal water extraction process of Qiangli Wuhu mixture was as follows: adding 8 times amount of water, decocting three times, 1 h each time. Conclusion : The technology is optimized under simulated production conditions with high extraction rate of active ingredient, good reproducibility, stability and feasibility, which can provide reference for the mass production technology of Qiangli Wuhu Mixture.
