摘要 在中医内科学的教学中,为了缩短理论和实践之间的差距,我们引入了情景教学法。情景教学法在中医内科学教学中的应用有一些特殊性,四诊合参、辨证论治是中医情景教学法需要凸显的关键;需要丰富情景创设,提高教学效果;应该将传统教学和情景教学相结合,沟通理论和临床;教学过程中以学生为主角,以教师为主导。 In order to shorten the gap between theory and practice, we have introduced a situational approach in internal medicine of TCM. Situational approach in internal medicine of TCM teaching has some particularity, four diagnostic parameters and diagnosis and treatment are the key to highlight the need for TCM situational approach, abundant creation of scenarios is needed to improve teach-ing effectiveness, traditional teaching method and situational teaching method are combined to communicate theory and clinical com-munication, students as the main character and teacher as the leader in the teaching process.
