The paper summaried the clinical experience of Professor Hu in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）by using Shoutai pill and Shenling Baizhu powder. Professor Hu emphasised that the best time for the treatment of RSA is before pregnancy, rather than start spuc after pregnancy. Professor Hu also emphasised on Chinese and Western medicine in clinical practice. With the aid of Western medicine to the understanding of the etiology and pathogens and the development of diagnosis and treatment technology, the first task is to screen the cause. For clear cause, it was treated with the Western medicine and measures. For unknown reason, it was regulated before pregnancy and spicing after pregnancy through the positive syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine. The clinical effects are remarkable.
