滋阴补肾法治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症的效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Nourishing Yin and Tonifying the Kidney Therapy in the Treatment of Dry Eye of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的观察滋阴补肾法对肝肾阴虚型干眼症的治疗效果。方法选择我院于2012年12月—2015年4月间收治的肝肾阴虚型干眼患者共66例,随机将患者分为对照组和实验组各33例。对照组采用滴眼液治疗,实验组则在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用滋阴补肾法。两组疗程均为1个月,并以治疗后1个月为观察期,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果与治疗前相比,两组各项相关指标评分均得到明显好转(P<0.05)。而实验组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为90.9%和72.7%。对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论相比人工眼泪而言,滋阴补肾疗法能使得患者症状在根本上得到改变,能对泪液分泌起到促进作用,并使得泪膜破裂的时间得到延长。具有较高的临床应用价值,建议广泛推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney therapy in the treatment of dry eye of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods 66 cases of patients with dry eye of yin deficiency of liver and kidney in our hospital from December 2012 to April 2015 were were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group, and each group had33 cases. The control group used eye drops. The experimental group used nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney therapy on the ba-sis of the control group. The cause of treatment was 1 month. After treatment of one mounth, the therapeutic effect was compared.Results After treatment, the relevant index scores of the two groups were significantly improved（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 90.9% and 72.7%, respectively, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comparing with artificial tears, the nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney therapy can fundamentally change the symp-toms, promoted tear secretion, and prolonged the tear break up time. It has high clinical application value, and is worthy of wide pro-motion.
