浅谈经络学说对内科用药的指导作用

Discussion on the Guiding Role of Meridian Theory in Medication of Internal Medicine

目的经络学说与内科疾病有着密切的联系。对内科疾病的治疗,要善于运用经络学理论指导内科杂病的辨证和处方用药。方法通过经络学说对外感热病与内科杂病的指导作用的论述,揭示出经络学理论对内科疾病的辨证法则、药物归经及性味、功效及处方用药的密切联系。结论运用经络学理论,对内科疾病的辨证法则、药物归经及性味、功效及处方用药进行指导,有着十分重要的意义。

Objective Meridian theory is closely related with disease of internal medicine. For the treatment of diseases in internal medicine, we must be good at using the channels and collaterals theory guidance to the disease differentiation and prescription drugs.Methods Through the meridian theory foreign febrile disease and the guidance function of internal medicine miscellaneous disease,we revealed the channels and collaterals theory on the dialectical law of medical disease, drug, tastes, functions and prescription and medication in the close contact. Conclusion On the basis of the theory of main and collateral channels, syndrome differentiation rule of medical disease, medication to the properties, tastes, functions and prescription and medication guide, it is of great significance.
