归脾汤治疗血小板减少症39例

Guipi Decoction in Treating Thrombocytopenia for 39 Cases

目的观察归脾汤对原发性免疫性血小板减小症的治疗效果。方法选择原发性免疫性血小板减小症患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例,观察组采用归脾汤治疗,对照组给予糖皮质激素醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组有效率为94.9%比对照组的87.2%高,2组治疗后血小板计数均优于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用归脾汤治疗原发性免疫性血小板减小症优于糖皮质激素醋酸泼尼松片治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe of the therapeutic effect of Guipi decoction in treating primary immune thrombocytopenia. Methods Choosing 78 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n = 39）. The observation group used Guipi decoction. The control group was given glucocorticoids prednisone acetate tablets. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.9% which was higher than 87.2% the control group. After treatment, platelet counts of the two groups were superior to those before treatment, the the ob-servation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guipi decoction in treating primary immune thrombocytopenia is better than that of glucocorticoid prednisone acetate tablets, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
