Traditional Chinese Medicinein the Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)是一种神经功能退行性病变,以进行性记忆力减退、认知功能障碍为主要临床症状,严重影响患者生活质量,同时加重社会经济负担。中医药治疗AD取得了一定疗效。本文采用文献检索法,检索及总结近年来中医药防治AD的临床研究文献,从中药及其复方,针灸等传统疗法列举,旨在总结中医药防治AD的优势所在。

Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） is a degenerative disease of the nervous system, and its main clinical symptoms are progressive memory loss and cognitive dysfunction. It affects patients＇ life quality seriously, and increases social and economic burden at the same time. Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） has certain curative effect on treatment of AD. This article used the literature retrieval method to retrieval and summed up the clinical research literatures of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AD in recent years.We listed the traditional therapy, such as TCM and its compound and acupuncture and moxibustion, aimed to summarize the advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of AD.
