2016年4月14日,联合国环境规划署绿色经济倡议中国东营市绿色经济试点项目在山东省东营市正式启动。此次活动由环境保护部环境与经济政策研究中心、联合国环境规划署和东营市人民政府共同主办。前来参会的各方代表在会后与相关部门进行了政策需求对话,在东营市开展了绿色经济实地调研。本文摘编联合国环境规划署驻华首席代表张世钢、环境保护部国际合作司宋小智副司长、环境保护部环境与经济政策研究中心夏光主任、东营市委常委、常务副市长田青云的会上发言以飨读者。
On April 14,2016,the launch event of ＂UNEP Green Economy Initiative Pilot Project of Dongying City＂ was held in Dongying of Shandong,which was sponsored by Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy of MEP,UNEP and the People＇s Government of Dongying. The representatives attended the meeting for policy dialogue and carried out the field investigation on green economy in Dongying. This paper is a summary of the welcome remarks from Zhang Shigang,Coordinator of？ UNEP China Office,Song Xiaozhi,Deputy Director General of International Affairs of MEP,Xia Guang,Director General of Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy of MEP, and Tian Qinyun, Deputy Mayor of Dongying City.
