The book, which named China ＇ s development evaluation report under the dual constraints of low carbon and environmental protection（ 2005-2011）,made a comprehensive evaluation between low carbon and environmental protection development from regional and city＇ s aspects,a detailed analysis of the relationship among low carbon, environmental protection and economic development give us the important conclusions： the first is to coordinate between low-carbon and economic development so that to meet the development needs of different regions; the second is collaborate between environmental protection and economic development in order to solve the environmental problems during economic development; the third is to collaborate between low-carbon and environmental protection based on building a green industrial system; the forth is to focus on the spatial integration,promote regional coordinated development of low carbon and environmental protection; the last is to accelerate economic development among low carbon and environmental protection and economic development,which is our the priority.
