基于澳大利亚空气质量社区教育经验推进我国社区环保教育

Promoting the Community Environmental Education in China Referenced on the Air Quality Community Education Experience in Australia

澳大利亚素来有"环保王国"的美誉,其民众较高的环保意识和浓厚的环保参与热情,得益于澳大利亚社区环境教育的开展。社区环境教育在澳大利亚发展了十余年,它与工作场所教育和学校教育相并列,是澳大利亚环境教育的三种主要途径之一。近些年澳大利亚开展的空气质量社区教育活动广泛应用参与、社会营销等多种方法,提高社区民众环保意识,改善社区民众的行为和选择,在改善空气质量方面成效显著。本文将根据澳大利亚空气质量社区教育项目开展实践,系统总结其开展和评估过程中采取的方法,并对于我国开展空气质量社区教育提出建议措施,以推动我国空气质量社区教育项目的进程。

Australia has always been a ＂green kingdom ＂ reputation. Thanks to community environmental education in Australia,the people have high environmental awareness and strong environmental protection enthusiasm. Community environmental education has developed more than ten years in Australia,in parallel with workplace education and school education,it is one of the three main ways of environmental education in Australia. In recent years,the development of air quality of community education activities widely used participation,social marketing and so on many kinds of methods to improve community public awareness of environmental protection,change the community people＇s actions and choices,which improved the air quality effects significantly. According to Australian air quality community education project carried out in practice and a systematic summary of the its implementation and evaluation approach adopted in the process, for the development of China＇s air quality community education,proposals and measures are put forward to promote the process of China＇s air quality community education programs.
