Proposal on the Second National Pollution Census Design

第二次污染源普查即将开始,本人全面参与了第一次全国污染源普查试点、正式普查以及普查更新,根据工作经验,从普查宣传、人财物筹备、普查方案确定、考虑区域地方特点、表式设计、普查系数等方面提出了相应建议,以期够为第二次全国污染源普查设计提供参考。

The second pollution census is about to begin. I fully involved in the first national pilot pollution census,update the official census and survey,according to the working experience,from the census propaganda,human,financial planning,scheme in the census,considering regional local characteristics,the table type design,put forward its own viewpoint about the census coefficient,in order to promote the second pollution census design.
