摘要
研究了采用王水水浴消解土壤样品,用原子荧光光度法先后测定土壤样品中砷、硒、锑3种元素的分析方法。该分析方法的检出限(砷0.01 mg/kg、硒0.04 mg/kg、锑0.01 mg/kg)、精密度和准确度均能满足土壤样品的分析测定要求,是一种简单、实用的分析方法。对于土壤样品中汞一般采用冷原子测汞仪单独测定的检测机构以及对于一些无微波消解等专用土壤样品前处理设备的实验室来说,该方法是一种简单、实用、切实符合工作需要的分析方法。
Study using aqua regia digestion in the water bath soil samples,with atomic fluorescence spectrophotometric method has determination methods for the analysis of soil samples of arsenic,selenium and antimony three elements. The detection limit of the method( 0. 01 mg / kg of arsenic and antimony,selenium 0. 04 mg / kg),precision and accuracy can meet the requirements of analysis of soil samples is a simple and practical analysis method. For mercury in soil samples by cold atomic mercury analyzer separate determination of the detection mechanism and for some microwave digestion and special soil samples without pretreatment equipment of laboratory,the method is a is simple,practical and realistic work needs analysis method.
