摘要 应对气候变化需要依靠低碳技术的创新和推广。山西省应努力获取先进适用的低碳技术,对实现节本省的温室气体减排目标具有重要意义。本文通过多标准决策分析筛选出山西省需要的低碳技术,并建立一套适用的促进机制,确保低碳技术在山西省的顺利落地。 Addressing climate change relies on innovations and transfer of low carbon technologies. To realize GHG mitigation target,it is significant for Shanxi Province to achieve advanced and applicable low carbon technologies. Multi Criteria Decision Analysis is utilized to evaluate and prioritize low carbon technologies applicable to Shanxi. The promoting mechanism is further developed so as to ensure the low carbon technologies are smoothly introduced to Shanxi.
