摘要
的十八届三中全会以来,贵州省高度重视生态文明制度建设,以赤水河流域生态文明制度改革为试点,推进流域保护,在探索与实践中取得了生态保护的体制机制的突破,以期形成可复制推广模式。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC, Guizhou province attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization system,reform the Chishui river basin ecological civilization system as the pilot, promote watershed protection, have systems and mechanisms breakthrough of the ecological protection in the exploration and practice in order to form promotion copy model.
