康脉软胶囊治疗多发性大动脉炎红外热像图分析

Kangmai soft capsule treat Takayasu's arteritis and infrared images of multiple Takayasu's arteritisclinical observation

目的通过红外热像观察康脉软胶囊对多发性大动脉炎患者肢体温度的影响,明确康脉软胶囊对多发性大动脉炎的疗效。方法对照组采用基础治疗加脉管复康片;观察组在基础治疗的基础上加康脉软胶囊治疗,对比2组治疗效果;同时观察治疗前后患者肢体温度的变化。结果观察组总有效率93.33%,优于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);观察组对肢体温度的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康脉软胶囊对于改善患肢供血,改善患肢发凉、疼痛症状效果明显,红外热像图对诊断治疗有辅助意义。

Objective Kangmai soft capsule of arteries and veins were observed by thermal infrared soft capsule on patients with multiple aorto arteritis body temperature,the influence of clear,soft capsule of arteries and veins on the curative effect of multiple aorto arteritis. Methods The control group USES the foundation treatment,and vascular convalescent slices. The experimental group,basic treatment plus kang pulse soft capsule,compare the treatment effect. At the same time,the body temperature changes of the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results The clinical curative effect is better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）,after treatment of the experimental group on the improvement of the body temperature（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Kang soft capsule of arteries and veins clinical curative effect is superior to the vascular convalescent,infrared thermal images of auxiliary clinical observation.
