中西医结合干预对胫骨平台骨折术后康复的影响

Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention on postoperative rehabilitation after tibial plateau fracture surgery

目的观察中西医结合干预疗法对胫骨平台骨折术后患者康复的影响。方法选取我院收治行切开复位内固定术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者80例,术后随机分为实验组及对照组,各40例,实验组术后给予常规处置、康复训练并配合中西医结合干预康复治疗,对照组术后仅行常规处置及康复训练治疗。对2组均行3个月随访,对比2组骨折愈合率、并发症发生情况,并采用Lysholm膝关节功能评价系统评价患者膝关节功能改善情况。结果实验组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后3个月骨折愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后3个月Lysholm膝关节功能各项评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合干预可明显降低胫骨平台骨折术后并发症发生率,促进骨折愈合,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation after tibial plateau fracture surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fracture who were admitted in our hospital from May,2013 to November,2014 were included in the study and randomized into the experiment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. After operation,the patients in the experiment group were given routine treatment,rehabilitation training,and in combined with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention,while the patients in the control group were only given the routine treatment and rehabilitation training. A 3-month follow-up visit was paid to the patients in the two groups. The fracture healing rate and the occurrence rate of complications in the two groups were compared. Lysholm knee joint function evaluation system was used to asses the improvement of knee joint function. Results The occurrence rate of postoperative complications in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The fracture healing rate 3 months after operation in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of Lysholm knee joint function 3 months after operation in the experiment group was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications after tibial plateau fracture surgery,promote the fracture healing,and enhance the efficacy; therefore,it deserves to be widely recommended in the clinic.
