中药外洗联合肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣

Treating multiple plantar warts by traditional Chinese medicine washing outside combined with muscle injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid

目的观察中药外洗联合肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法选取我院收治的94例多发性跖疣患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例,对照组给予肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,观察组则加用中药外洗联合治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,记录治疗前后疣体的个数、直径变化及平均脱落时间。结果观察组总有效率89.4%,对照组为68.1%(P<0.05);观察组疣体个数减少更明显,直径缩小更显著,平均脱落时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率8.5%显著少于对照组的27.7%(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗联合肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣,能减少疣体数目,缩小直径,缩短脱落时间,用药安全性高,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine washing outside combined with muscle injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in treating multiple plantar warts. Methods The 94 multiple plantar warts patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group with each group 47 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with muscle injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine washing outside combined with muscle injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,both for 4 weeks. The effectiveness of the two groups was compared. The number,diameter change and average loss time of wart. Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 89. 4% and the control group 68. 1%（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement in patients＇ number of wart body and diameter change and average loss time in the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 8. 5%,which was lower than 27. 7% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Treating multiple plantar warts patients with traditional Chinese medicine washing outside combined muscle injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid is effective in reducing the number of wart body,narrowing diameter and shorting loss time,which is safe and has low recurrence rate.
