体验经济因其差异性、互动性、持久性等特点,便于满足消费者需求,适应当代经济发展潮流,成为各个领域热议的话题。本文围绕体验经济发展趋势与理念,研究机场非航空性业务创新发展策略,分析了体验经济的释义、特征和优越性,阐述了基于体验经济的非航空性业务的特征,从航站楼外观及内部环境、零售、餐饮、休闲娱乐服务、广告等方面明确了发展策略。旨在通过借鉴体验经济的优势,创新发展非航空性业务,进一步刺激消费,增加机场盈利。

Experience economy is able to meet the demands of consumers because of its diversity, interactivity and durability, thus making the adjustment to tidal current of the economy development and becoming the hot topic of experts in various fields. Based on the development trends and ideas of experience economy, the writer focuses on researching the innovative developing strategy of airport non-aviation business. In this paper, the definition, characteristics and superiority of experience economy were analyzed, the characteristics of non-aviation business which based on the experience economy were expounded, and the development strategy of non-aviation business was proposed from the internal environment and design of the terminal, retailers, catering, service of leisure and entertainment, advertisements and other aspects.
