摘要
大功率风机采用高压变频调速能达到比传统采用调节风门挡板控制风量的方法更为显著的节电效果,同时在实际运行中采用PPO4的通讯协议还可以使得高压变频器与上位机的拓扑结构简单方便。本文主要阐述了西门子PLC与富士高压变频器在风机控制中的应用。
The high-power fan with HV-inverter control can achieve the more significant energy-saving effect than the traditional air-volume-damper. At the same time using PPO4 communication protocol in the actual operation also enables the simple and convenient topology between the HV-inverter and the host PLC. This paper describes the application of Siemens PLC and Fujitsu HV inverter in the fan control.
