摘要 为提高光催化剂TiO_2的可见光催化活性,利用水热法成功制备了Bi_2WO_6/TiO_2复合物光催化剂,通过X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜技术手段获得了Bi_2WO_6/TiO_2复合物的结构及形貌信息。采用稳态表面光电压技术研究该样品的光生电荷载流子传输行为,结果表明:Bi_2WO_6和TiO_2间界面的形成,改善了TiO_2的光生电荷分离效率,将TiO_2的光吸收扩大到可见光范围,由此提高了TiO_2在可见光区的光催化降解活性。该研究可以为深入理解光催化机理提供理论参考。 This paper arises from the need for improving the visible light photocatalytlc activity ot TiO2 photocatalyst. The improvement is obtained by successfully synthesizing BiEWO6/TiO2 composite photocatalysts by a facile hydrothermal process and validated by characterizing the catalysts by powder X- ray diffraction, and scanning electron microcopy. The study of the photoinduced charge transfer properties of Bi2WO6/TiO2 composites by means of surface pbotovohage spectra in detail shows that the formation of the interconnected interface between Bi2WO6 and TiO2 composites affords a higher separation efficiency of photo induced charges, accompanied by extending the optical absorption of TiO2 into the range of visible light, with a consequent improvement in the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in the visible region. This re- search may provide a theoretical reference for the further understanding of photocatalytic mechanism.
