中医药科研机构科技创新评价方法的研究与探索 被引量:4

Exploration and Demonstration Research on the Scientific and Technological Innovative Evaluation Method for Research Institutes of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的:本研究以中国中医科学院为例,探索中医药科技创新评价的方法。方法:检索2005-2014年中国中医科学院在CHKD、维普和万方数据库发表的论文,以年被引频次占前1%的文献为研究对象,通过作者团队和关键词互相关分析,主成分分析和修正topsis法量化排序等方法,筛选出中国中医科学院发表的重要科技创新内容。结果:中国中医科学院发表的文章中,年被引频次占前1%的文献共278篇。通过作者团队和关键词互相关分析,得到重要科技创新内容及其研究团队为:血瘀症(陈可冀等)、一测多评(王智民等)、糖尿病(仝小林等)等多项;通过主成分分析和修正Topsis法量化排序等方法,对核心作者和核心创新内容的进一步筛选做了示例。结论:本研究的方法整体适用于机构内部创新成果的筛选和评价,可为建立中医药行业科技进步评价方法提供参考。 This study aimed to explore the evaluation methods of scientific and technological innovation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), taking projects of Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Science(CACMS) as an example. Rretrieving literatures of CACMS published in CHKD, VIP and Wanfang Database ranging from 2005 to 2014, literatures with the annual citation frequency ranking top 1% were selected. By the cross correlation analysis between research teams and keywords, the principal component analysis and the modified TOPSIS method, literatures over major scientific and technological innovations of CACMS were screened out. It was found that 278 literaturals of CACMS were published during 2005-2014 with the citation accounting for top 1%. Through the cross correlation analysis between research teams and keywords, the major scientific and technological innovation projects and research teams of CACMS included blood stasis syndrome(Chen Keji), QAMS(Wang Zhimin), diabetes mellitus(Tong Xiaolin) and other projects. Besides, core authors and innovative contents were displayed by the principal component analysis and the modified TOPSIS method. In conclusion, the evaluation method performed in this study was feasible in screening and evaluating the innovative achievements of TCM research institutes, which provided a reference for the establishment of scientific and technological progress evaluation methods in the TCM service sectors.
