葛根总黄酮磷脂复合物制备工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优选葛根总黄酮磷脂复合物最佳成型工艺。方法:以磷脂复合物的复合率和表观油水分配系数为指标,采用单因素正交试验优化葛根总黄酮磷脂复合物处方。结果:优选出制备工艺的最佳条件:葛根总黄酮和大豆卵磷脂质量比为1:4,反应溶剂为甲醇,葛根总黄酮的浓度为4 mg·m L-1,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为2 h。按得到的优化条件制备的磷脂复合物的复合率为102.98%;p H=3时,Papp=0.392;p H=6.8时,Papp=0.323;综合得分为95.11分。结论:优化所得葛根总黄酮磷脂复合物处方合理,复合率高,油水分配系数增高,脂溶性得到改善。 This study aimed to optimize the preparation technology of phospholipid complex of puerariaflavonoid. Taking composite ratio and oil-water partition coefficient of phospholipid complex as indexes, the single factor test and the orthogonal test were adopted to optimize the formula of the phospholipid complex in pueraria flavonoid. It was found that the optimum conditions were as follows: the weight ratio of pueraria flavonid to soybean phospholipid was 1:4, the reaction solvent was methanol, the concentration of puerariaflavonoid was 4 mg·m L-1, the reaction temperature was 55 ℃, and the reaction time was 2 h. The composite ratio of phospholipid complex was 102.98%, with the Papp values of 0.392(p H=3) and 0.323(p H=6.8), respectively. The comprehensive score was 95.11. It was concluded that the prescription of phospholipid complex in pueraria flavonoid was desirable featuring high composite ratio, increased oil-water partition coefficient and the improved lipid solubility.
