安徽合肥市水资源开发潜力分析

Development potential of water resources in Hefei City, Anhui Province

合肥市地处我国缺水较为严重的江淮分水岭地区,水资源短缺一直都是制约城市发展的关键因素之一。在深入调研合肥市水资源特性及开发利用现状的基础上,采用负载指数法研究变化条件下合肥市的水资源开发潜力,并提出提高用水效率、加大引水工程建设、开源与节流并举等措施,最大限度解决合肥市的缺水问题。

Hefei City is located in the dividing area between the Yangtze river and the Huaihe river, water shortage has been one of the key factors for restricting the development of city. Base on characteristics and utilization of water resources in Hefei City, the load index method is applied to analyze developing potential of water resources,the measures are proposed for solve problems of water shortage, including improvement of water- use efficiency,developing water diversion project, and emphasis both on water resources development and water saving.
