应用BIPAP呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭的临床应用分析

Analysis of Clinical Application of BIPAP Ventilator in Treatment of Acute Left Ventricular Failure

目的分析探讨急诊科BIPAP呼吸机治疗急性左心衰竭患者的临床应用效果,寻找一种抢救急性心衰竭的安全有效的方法。方法选择2014年2月至2015年2月本院急诊科收治的100例急性左心衰患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在此基础上给予BIPAP呼吸机治疗,观察并记录两组患者的临床症状,比较其临床治疗有效率,各种临床指标的变化情况,分析两组患者的临床应用效果。结果两组患者治疗后,临床效果均较好,但试验组患者治疗后,临床症状的改善程度显著优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的临床显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论在常规治疗基础上,急诊科采用Bi PAP呼吸机强化治疗急性心衰患者具有显著的临床效果,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。

Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical effect of BIPAP ventilator used by the Emergency Department in the treatment of acute left ventricular failure to find a safe and effective way to cure this disease. Methods 100 patients with acute left ventricular failure admitted into the Emergency Department of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as re-search objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In addition to the conventional treatment given to the control group, the experimental group also received BIPAP ventilator therapy. Clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed and recorded, and the effective rate as well as the change of clinical indexes were compared to analyze the clinical effect on the patients of the two groups. Results After treatment, relatively good clinical effect was presented on both of the groups. However, the experi-mental group obtained more improvement than the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The clinical obvi-ous effective rate and the total effective rate of the former group were significantly higher than those of the latter one. Conclusion BI-PAP ventilator boasts remarkable clinical effect in the intensive treatment of acute left ventricular failure in addition to conventional treatment, which is worth further extention.
