摘要 目的:探讨人感染H7N9禽流感胸部X线与CT检查表现特征及临床意义。方法搜集在本地区确诊的人感染H7N9禽流感共8例,对其胸部X线与CT表现特征进行分析并加以初步总结。结果8例患者的X线及CT表现为多个肺叶或肺段不同程度的多发实变阴影和(或)磨玻璃影;均有支气管充气征;常在3~7d内病灶的数量增多及范围扩大。5例伴胸腔少量积液。1例伴纵隔气肿及右侧气胸。结论肺部多个肺叶(段)的多发渗出性病变,1w内迅速进展加重为人感染H7N9禽流感的胸部X线与CT表现主要特征,为临床诊治这种新发病提供可靠帮助。 Objective To explore the features and clinical significance of chest radiography and CT in people infected with Avian Influenza A H7N9. Methods Eight cases of confirmed human Avian Influenza H7N9 in this region were collected and their radio-graphic and CT images were analyzed to make the preliminary summary. Results Radiographic and CT images of the 8 patients who all had air bronchogram showed varying degrees of multiple consolidation and ( or) ground-glass opacity in multiple pulmonary lobes or segments. The number of lesions increased and the range expanded in 3 to 7 days. Pleural effusion was noticed in 5 cases. Mediastinal emphysema and right pneumothorax were detected in 1 case. Conclusion Multiple exudative lesions in multiple pulmonary lobes ( segments) and rapid disease progression within a week were main characteristics of chest radiography and CT of people infected with Avian Influenza A H7N9, which provides reliable help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this new disease.
