pH值监测口腔护理法对妇科全麻患者口腔微生态影响

The Influence of pH Value Monitoring Method on Oral Microecosystem of Patients with Gynecological Anesthesia

目的探讨妇科全麻术后患者检测口腔pH值对口腔护理的影响意义。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月在我院妇科住院治疗的手术患者120例随机分为对照组55例采用常规口腔护理方法,观察组65例采用pH值监测口腔护理法,对照两组患者口腔护理后的pH值、口腔舒适度、呼吸道感染的出现率。结果两组患者治疗前口腔pH值、口腔舒适度比较(t=2.13、2.22,P>0.05,无显著性差异);两组患者治疗后口腔pH值、口腔舒适度比较(t=5.45、6.89,P<0.05,具有显著性差异);两组患者吸道感染发生率比较(χ2=6.23,具有显著性差异,P<0.05)。结论通过pH值监测口腔护理法与常规口腔护理方法对比结果证明,应用pH值监测口腔护理法能维持口腔正常pH值的稳定,使患者的口腔舒适度优于其他方法,发生呼吸道感染的例数明显低于传统护理方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of pH value monitoring on patients’ oral care after gynecological general anesthe-sia. Methods 120 patients, treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, were selected and randomly divided into two groups：the control group with 55 cases being treated with conventional oral care, and the observation group with 65 cases being treated with pH value monitoring oral care. The items under observation include the pH value, the oral comfort and the incidence of respiratory tract infection. Results Before the treatment, the comparison of oral pH value and oral comfort in two groups （t=2. 13, 2. 22） showed no significant difference （P〉0. 05）. After the treatment, the comparison of oral pH value and oral comfort in two groups （t=5. 45, 6. 89） shows significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The incidence of respiratory tract infection in two groups （χ2=6. 23） shows sig-nificant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional oral care, pH value monitoring method can maintain the sta-bility of normal oral pH value, ensure the patients’ better oral comfort, and lower the incidence of respiratory tract infection.
