随着我国经济的快速发展,各行各业对人才的需求提出了更高的要求。如何培养企业急需的技能型人才已成为当今职业教育改革发展的首要任务。本文就改革传统的人才培养模式,探索校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式进行了探索与实践。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, higher requirements for talents are put forward by all walks of life. How to cultivate skilled personnel that enterprises urgently requires has become a top priority in today＇s vocational education＇s reform and development. In this paper, it explores the school - enterprise cooperation and working and learning combination talent cultivating model to reform the traditional talent cultivating model.
