“互联网+”视野下对教育考试招生信息化工作的思考

Thoughts on the Education Examination and Enrollment Information from the Internet Plus Perspective

党的十八届三中全会对全面深化改革作出系统部署,提出"深化教育领域综合改革,推进考试招生制度改革"的要求。国务院《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》把考试招生制度改革作为深化教育领域综合改革的重要突破口。教育部四个配套"意见"正式出台,标志着教育领域综合改革中这项最重要、最复杂的改革已经扬帆起航。与此同时,"互联网+"也成为国家发展战略。如何运用互联网思维,深入推进信息技术与考试招生管理工作的进一步融合,是值得深入研究的课题。本文结合北京教育考试院的信息化实践,提出在"互联网+"视野下信息化工作的一些思考。

The third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has vowed to comprehensively deepen the reform in our country. In ＂Opinions on deepening the reform of examination and enrollment system＂ made by State Council, the examination and enrollment system reform is regarded as an important breakthrough in deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education. The publication of the four supporting ＂opinion＂ documents of the Ministry of Education signals that the most important and the most complicated educational reform has set sail. At the same time, internet plus has become a national development strategy. How to use the internet thinking and how to comprehensively promote the integration of information technology and examination and enrollment management will be an unavoidable and worthwhile subject of study. According to the practice of informatization of Beijing Education Examinations Authority, the author raised some issues from the internet plus perspective.
