高强钢拉伸弯曲回弹试验与仿真研究 被引量:7

Study on stretch-bending springback experiment and simulation of high strength steel

摘要 基于拉伸弯曲回弹试验平台,进行了两种高强度冷轧双相钢DP780和DP980拉伸弯曲回弹性能试验,得到了两种材料在不同压边力条件下的拉伸弯曲回弹数据,分析讨论了两种材料的成形及回弹性能;同时,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了拉伸弯曲试验的仿真模型,根据试验参数进行了对应的成形及回弹过程数值仿真,最后,将仿真回弹结果与试验结果进行了对比,并计算出仿真与试验回弹量偏差率。结果表明:随着压边力的增大,拉伸弯曲的回弹量不断减小;仿真与试验回弹量最大偏差率为11.2%,说明仿真结果与试验符合度较高。 Strength-bending experiments of two kinds of high strength cold rolled dual-phase steel DP980 and DP780 were conducted based on the forming springback testing machine platform, and the strength-bending springback data of the two materials under different blank holder forces were obtained. Furthermore, the forming and springback properties were analyzed and discussed, At the same time, the simulation model of stretch-bending test was established by the finite element software ABAQUS. Corresponding numerical simulation of forming and springback process was conducted according to experimental parameters. At last, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results, and the springback deviation rates of simulation results and experiment results were calculated. The results show that the springback of stretch-bending reduces gradually with the increase of blank holder force, and the maximum springback deviation rate between simulation and experiment reaches 11.2%, which indicates that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experi- mental results.
