轴类锻件直径嵌入式在线测量系统研究 被引量:1

Research on embedded online diameter measurement system of axial forgings

摘要 轴类锻件在锻造过程中需要不断地进行锻造尺寸测量,并将结果反馈给控制系统,由控制系统控制压机的实际压下量,从而实现锻件的尺寸控制。设计了一种基于ARM的轴类锻件直径在线测量系统,该系统由激光测距传感器检测锻件上下边缘,位移传感器测量上下边缘之间的距离值,工业相机自动采集上下边缘的图像信息进行尺寸精度修正,最终获得锻件的实际直径尺寸。该系统采用非接触测量方式,测量时间短,无需进行标定,实现了整个测量过程的全自动化。由实验室进行锻件的直径尺寸测量结果表明:该系统的总体测量误差在±1 mm以内。 The size control of axial forgings was realized by measuring the axial forgings size continuously during the forging process,giving feedback results to control system,and controlling the real rolling reduction of the press machine. The forgings diameter online measuring system was designed based on ARM,which detected edges of forgings by laser sensor,measured the distance between two edges of forgings by displacement sensor,and revised the initial diameter by photos containing edge information taken by the industrial camera.The system applied non-contact measurement method to realize the whole measuring process automatically with short time and without calibration. The result of experiment taken in from the laboratory shows that the measuring error of this system can be controlled within 1 mm.
