益气解毒化瘀方防治慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical observation of Yiqi Jiedu Huayu formula on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的：观察益气解毒化瘀方对慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机制及临床疗效。方法：将60例CAG病变患者随机分为2组,试验组30例给予自制益气解毒化瘀剂治疗,对照组30例予以胃复春片治疗。治疗结束后观察对比两组患者临床疗效、胃镜象、组织病理学、血液流变学变化情况。结果：试验组总有效率为90.00%（95%CI=73.95%~97.90%）,对照组为70.00%（95%CI=53.60%~86.40%）,两组综合疗效比较（u=2.871 1,P=0.006 3）,差异有显著性意义;与对照组比较,试验组胃镜病理改变（萎缩、异型增生）、Hp改善的综合疗效显著（P〈0.05）;改善血液流变参数。结论：采用益气解毒化瘀方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效优于应用胃复春片,其收益为OR=0.26（95%CI=0.06~1.08）,NNT=5（95%CI=2.49~421.67）。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects and the mechanism of Yiqi Jiedu Huayu formula on chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG）. Methods： 60 cases of patients with CAG were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases of trial group were treated with self-made Yiqi Jiedu Huayu formula,while 30 cases of control group were treated with Weifuchun tablets. After the treatment has ended,the clinical effects,gastroscope image,histopathology and hemorheological changes of patients were observed and compared in two groups. Results： The total effective rate of trial group was 90. 00%（ 95% CI = 73. 95% ~ 97. 90%）,while that of control group was 70. 00%（ 95% CI =53. 60% ~ 86. 40%）. Compared the comprehensive effects of two groups（ u = 2. 871 1,P = 0. 006 3）,the differences were statistically significant. Compared with the control group,the comprehensive effects of gastroscope pathological changes（ atrophy,dysplasia） and Hp improvement of trial group were significant（ P〈0. 05）; the hemorheological parameters were improved. Conclusions： The clinical effect of Yiqi Jiedu Huayu formula on chronic atrophic gastritis is better than that of Weifuchun tablets; its benefit is OR = 0. 26（ 95% CI = 0. 06 ~ 1. 08）,NNT= 5（ 95% CI = 2. 49 ~ 421. 67）.
