乒乓球正手击球技术原理阐释

Restatement of the Principles of Table Tennis Forehand Strokes

现有教材中,针对乒乓球正手技术的理论阐释均是从动作结构这一共性规律视角出发的。然而,笔者发现,依托共性规律尚不能有效解决因正手技术种类多样化而带来的个性问题,而围绕动作结构各组成部分的深层次原理也始终未见提及,容易造成练习者在面对不同正手技术学习时因缺少针对性理论指导,或因个人接受能力不同导致学习效果不佳。鉴于此,笔者拟在紧密结合乒乓球专项运动特征的基础上深入挖掘正手击球技术动作结构的内在机理,旨在进一步丰富现有乒乓球专项理论,同时为练习者更好掌握不同技术提供理论指导。

In present table- tennis textbooks,all the explanations of the theory of the skills of forehand strokes start from the commonness from the aspect of the movement structure of strokes. The author,however,finds out that the common rules can＇t effectively solve individual problems caused by the variety of forehand strokes and that the deeper comprehension of the principles about the movement structure of strokes has never been mentioned,which,owing to the lack of academic instruction or the difference of individual receptive capability,could easily lead to an ineffectual acquisition result for trainers when they are acquiring different forehand techniques. In view of the factors mentioned above,based on the close combination of the special athletic features of table tennis,the author is going to further explore the intrinsic mechanism of the technical movement structure of forehand strokes,which will enrich the existing specific theories of table tennis,and meanwhile provide the academic support for trainers to master the skills of forehand strokes better.
