喀山世锦赛中美澳游泳队竞技实力比较分析

Comparative Strength Analysis of China,America and Australia at Kazan Swimming Championships

采用文献资料、数理统计和比较分析等研究方法,对喀山世锦赛中国、美国和澳大利亚三国游泳队的竞技实力特征进行研究。研究认为:美国游泳队金牌和奖牌的分布区域均高于中国和澳大利亚队;中国游泳队男子运动员表现出较高的整体实力,男女运动员并驾齐驱,美国和澳大利亚游泳队"阴盛阳衰",女子成绩优于男子成绩;美国游泳队所获团体项目金牌和奖牌的比例高于澳大利亚和中国;美国前8名积分第一,澳大利亚位居其后,中国游泳队距离美国积分尚有较大的差距;美国游泳队统治力下降,世界泳坛竞争格局分化加剧。建议中国游泳队优化战略计划,增加获奖牌人才厚度;坚持"请进来、走出去"的战略方针,扩大我国游泳教练员的国际视野;加大科技支持力度;男女项目协调发展。

Using the methods of literature,comparison,mathematical statistics,the author studies comparative analysis of team characteristics of China,America and Australia at Kazan Swimming Championships. The results show that gold medal distribution area and medals America swim team were higher than that of China and Australia; Chinese swimming male athletes showed high overall strength,male and female athletes share keeping pace; while in America and Australian team women outperformed men＇s results; America Swimming team gold medals and medals ratio is higher than that of Australia and China; American team ranks first in the total points of top eight,Australia comes second,Chinese swimming team has large gaps in total points with American team;dominant force of American declines; the world swimming setup shows increasing competition and differentiation.This paper suggests that Chinese swimming team should optimize strategic plan to increase the award-winning brand of talent; adhere to the strategic policy of ＂Invitation Plus Promotion＂,expand our international horizons swim coaches; increase scientific and technological support; to develop men and women project coordinatly.
