血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶实验研究中被忽视的问题--对《中国输血杂志》中两篇文献相关问题的商榷

临床实验检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)对于传染性肝脏疾病的诊断以及治疗过程的监测、预后等都具有重要的临床意义。但是,赖氏(Reitman-Frankel)比色法检测ALT的活力单位套用的是卡门(Karman)单位,而不是赖氏单位。赖氏比色法检测ALT所采用的"标准曲线",从57 U以后即呈一明显的抛物线型,也并非一直线。

Clinical laboratory detection of alanine aminotransfcrase （ALT） is of great important significance for the diagnosis, treatment outcome monitoring and prognosis of infective liver diseases. However, the units of ALT activity detected using Reitman-Frankel chromatometry are Karman units rather than Reitrnan units. What＇s more, the ＂standard curve＂ applied in the Reitman test of ALT shows an apparent parabola since 57 U rather than a straight line.
