摘要
普洱茶是由云南大叶种茶树的叶制成的,根据发酵与否,分为普洱生茶与普洱熟茶。本文综述了普洱茶发酵后特征成分的变化及相应药理功效,为开发普洱茶特征成分提供研究线索。
Pu-erh tea is derived from leaves of large-leaf tea species in Yunnan province. It can be categorized into raw tea and ripen tea according to processing method on the tea fermentation. This paper reviewed the characteristic composition and pharmacological properties of Pu-erh tea, proved clues to develop the study of characteristic composition in Pu-erh tea.
