教育工程师的现实存在方式

摘要 教育工程师目前并不是一个职业的称谓,但行教育工程师之实的人员是客观存在的,这说明教育工程师具有可靠的现实基础。在未来,当被称为教育工程师的专门人员出现以后,不过是集中行使了被分散的职能。现实地看,的确存在着各种人员,他们在教育理论和教育实践之间进行着有意义的连接工作,共同的特征是把教育理论向教育实践转化。我们所说的"教育工程师的现实存在方式"主要指具有一定特征的现场教育者、创造并实践自己理论的教育学家和在教育理论指导下进行教育应用开发的专门、专业人员。 At present, educational engineer is not a professional title. However, staffs who take responsibility as an e- ducational engineer objectively exist. It shows that educational engineer has a reliable realistic foundation. In the future, when staffs that are called educational engineers appear, they just do dispersed functions in a centralized way. Realistically, there are indeed some people who work on connection between educational theory and educational practice. The common feature is they transform educational theory into educational practice. What we called "the real existence mode of the edu- cational engineer" mainly refers to spot educators with a certain feature, educationalists who create and practice their theo- ries, and those specialized and professional staffs who conduct education application and development by direction of edu- cational theories.
