摘要
近年来,我国逐渐兴起创新人才培养的各种试验,大中学衔接培养是主要形式之一。此研究选取厦大附属科中作为"麻雀",详解其以创新班为核心的大中学衔接培养创新人才试验模式,并通过问卷、访谈等方法分析其试验成效。科中已探索出符合自身发展目标、富有特色的"三创"理念与"三微"形式。运用《中学生创造力评价量表》施测,发现高一、高二、高三创新班学生的创造力均值依次递增,且都高于普通班学生。创新班推动了学生多元的发展与进步,并带给教师、家长、学校多样的心得与收获。从实实在在的高考业绩,也可明显看出创新班的培养成效。尽管目前面临一些困难、遭遇种种挑战,只要中学与大学齐心协力、政府与社会共同借力、政策与观念配合跟进,大中学衔接培养创新人才改革定能走上康庄大道。
With the development of society and technology, the cultivation of innovative talents is of great significance and has been attempted in several places. One type that no one could ignore is high school connect with university and cultivate innovative talents together. In this passage, we take Xiamen University Affiliated Keji High School as an illustra- tion and analyze its innovation classes specifically. Meanwhile, we use professional scales to test students and interview rel- ative staffs. After research, we find the innovation classes in this school hold the idea of "Three Innovations" and "Three Mini-types". We apply the "senior high school students' innovation ability scale" and find the students who receive the in- novation training perform much better than the ones not. Students here get diverse-development and progress in several fields. Not mention that they get high scores in national college entrance examination. In addition, students' parents, teach- ers also achieve a lot and get enhancement. Although this project meet some difficulties and troubles, high schools will fi- nally overcome these and succeed with efforts, cooperation and indispensable supports.
