分段挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效观察

Segmental Thread-drawing Procedure in the Treatment of High Complex Anal Fistula：Observation on Effect

为观察分段挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床近、远期疗效，将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，分别采用分段挂线术和传统敞开引流术治疗。比较2种方法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的近、远期疗效与并发症。结果显示，治疗组创口愈合时间为（28．12±11．06）d优于对照组（35．23±10．14）d（P〈0．05）；在术后1个月并发症方面优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结果表明，分段挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘创口愈合时间短、术后并发症少。

This study was to observe the short-and long term effect of sigmental thread-drawing procedure for treating high complex anal fistula,randomly divided 120 cases into treatment group and control one,60 cases for each; treated the former with segmental thread-drawing procedure, while treated the latter with traditional open drainage;then compared both groups＇ shorter- and longer term effect, as well complication （ P 〈0.05 ,or P 〈0.01）.Results show that segmental thread-drawing procedure for high complex anal fis tula is of short healing time and less postoperative complication.
