骶前囊肿伴感染与肛管直肠后间隙脓肿临床分析

Sacroanteior Cyst Complicated with Infection VS Anorectum Posterior Space Abscess：Clinical Anaysis

为探讨骶前囊肿伴感染与肛管直肠后间隙脓肿的鉴别诊断治疗，回顾性分析65例骶前囊肿伴感染与肛管直肠后间隙脓肿的临床资料。诊断为肛管直肠后间隙脓肿56例，其中蹄铁型脓肿15例，半蹄铁型脓肿24例，肛管后间隙脓肿10例，直肠后间隙脓肿7例；骶前囊肿伴感染9例。术后均经病理证实。结果显示，65例均成功行手术治疗。随访6～12个月除1例失访外均无复发，无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等并发症。结果表明，肛管直肠后间隙脓肿与骶前囊肿伴感染鉴别应结合辅助检查，可提高确诊率，为手术治疗提供可靠依据。

In order to explore the differentiation diagnosis and treatment of sacroanterior cyst complicated with infection vs anorectum posterior space abscess, authors retrospectively analyzed the data of the 65 pa- tients with sacroanterior cyst complicated with infecation（9 cases） or anorectum posterior space abscess（56 cases）.In the latter 15 cases suffered from horse-shaped abscess, 24 from half horse-shaped abscess, 10 from anoposterior space abscess, 7 from rectum posterior abscess, as well above-mentioned sacroanterior cyst complicated with infection of 9 cases were confirmed after surgery pathologically.As results,all 65 ca- ses were smoothly performed on,except for 1 case lost follow-up rest cases received the follow-up of 6-12 months did not all been found recurrence,had no anal stricture,and incontinence,etc.Results show that for above both disease it should be combing with assistant inspections, so that to uplift comfirmed diagnosis rae,and provide the reliablt basis for surgical treatment of both.
