槐花散加减治疗Ⅱ期内痔疗效观察

Modified Huaihua San in the Treatment of Ⅱ Stage Internal Hemorrhoids：Effect Observation

为观察槐花散加减治疗Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效，将62例确诊为风伤肠络型Ⅱ期内痔患者分为槐花散组和对照组各31例。对照组给予三七化痔丸口服治疗，槐花散组给予中药槐花散加减内服治疗，2组同时肛内纳入太宁栓。治疗前、治疗第3天、第7天分别对患者出血、疼痛、痔黏膜改变、治愈率、治疗前后症状体征总积分等指标进行比较。结果显示，槐花散组在治疗出血、痔黏膜改变方面优于对照组（P〈0．05），2组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；第7天槐花散组治愈率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；2组治疗前后症状总积分均有明显下降（P〈o．05），槐花散组治疗后症状（体征）总积分下降比对照组明显（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药槐花散内服对风伤肠络型Ⅱ期内痔患者有较好的疗效。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified Huaihua San（Chinese drug powder） in the treatment of U stage internal hemorrhoids,randomly divided the 62 patients with confirmed II stage internal hemorrhoids of wind impaired intestinal collaterals type into Huaihua San group and control one, 31 cases for each;the former administered Huaihua San orally,while the [atter,Sanqi Huazhi Wan（a pill） did so, then both groups at same time received Taining Shuan（a suppository） by rectal administration;both group＇s following indexes were observed and compared such as bleeding, pain, hemorrhoids mucosa changes,curative rate on the 3,7 day after treatment and before treatment, as well as the total score on the symptoms（signs） before and after treatment.As results,in the treatment of bleeding and hemorrhoids mu- cosa changes the former was superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05） ,but the score on pain there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〈0.05） ,the curative rate on the 7 day the former was higher than the latter（ P 〈0.05） ,the total score on the symptoms（signs） before and after treatment of both groups was all significantly decreased（ P 〈0.05）,and in this score after treatment the former had more significantly decreased than the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Resutts show that Huaihua San in the treatment of II stage internal hemorrhoids of wind impaired intestinal collaterals type has better effect.
