摘要
为探讨直肠阴道瘘修补术的围手术期护理方法，回顾性分析30例直肠阴道瘘患者的临床资料，总结围手术期的护理方法。结果显示，30例患者经手术治疗与围手术期护理均治愈，随访未见复发。30例患者中，有7例术后1个月治愈，14例术后2个月治愈，9例术后3个月治愈；平均治愈时间为（1．5±0．3）个月。结果表明，对直肠阴道瘘患者实施修补手术，并且给予正确的围手术期护理至关重要。
In order to explore the nursing methods at repair of rectovaginal fistula,author retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 30 cases with rectovaginal fistula and summarized perioperative nursing meth- ods.As results,all of 30 patients were cured through surgery and perioperative nursing,and a follow-up did not also find any recurrence;in them 7 patients were just cured at 1 month after operation, 14 at 2 months after operation,9 at 3 months,their average cure time was （1.5±0.3） months.Results show that for recto- vaginal fistula performing repair procedure and right perioperative nursing is key important.
