鼻咽癌组织中BLU/ZMYND10α蛋白的表达变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨BLU/ZMYND10α蛋白在人鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与鼻咽癌发生发展的关系。方法选取鼻咽癌蜡块标本90例(其中24例伴癌旁正常鼻咽上皮)和正常鼻咽黏膜组织蜡块标本18例,采用组织微阵列技术结合免疫组化法检测标本中BLU/ZMYDD10α蛋白表达,分析BLU/ZMYDD10α蛋白阳性表达率与鼻咽癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织中BLU/ZMYDD10α蛋白阳性表达率低于癌旁正常鼻咽上皮组织、正常鼻咽上皮组织(P均<0.05),鼻咽癌组织BLU/ZMYDD10α蛋白在细胞核伴或不伴细胞质阳性表达率低于正常鼻咽上皮组织和癌旁正常鼻咽上皮组织(P均<0.05)。鼻咽癌组织中BLU/ZMYND10α蛋白表达与患者性别、肿瘤组织学分类、淋巴结转移和TNM分期无关(P均>0.05)。结论 BLU/ZMYND10α蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中呈低表达,其低表达可能促进鼻咽癌的发生。
