脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与缺血性脑卒中关系的研究进展 被引量：16

摘要 脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)是存在于各组织细胞膜及线粒体的磷脂酶类物质,由钙离子激活,使甘油磷脂水解成溶血磷脂和非酯化脂肪酸。Lp-PLA2是一种新型的、独立的血管炎症特异性生化标志物,其在循环中的含量和活性与脑缺血事件及进展具有相关性,是缺血性卒中的独立预测因子,可独立预测缺血性脑卒中事件;可反应斑块不稳定,预测斑块稳定性;可识别脑卒中高危患者,并进行危险分层;评估缺血性卒中复发风险;可作为判断静脉溶栓后血管再通的预测指标。
